I bought this cream and am liking it so far. I do strength training and get pretty sore hitting PRs. This has had pretty quick effect after application and helps my muscles. Next time I will try something a bit stronger as I get pretty sore 1000mg not as strong for me but still works great enough. My mom tried it in a few areas and helped her with pain. Note it does have a bit of an earthy-ish smell if you don’t like they have menthol one which smells amazing I will try next time.
